Your safety is our top priority, and we want to assure you that we've implemented significant changes since reopening, I've recently completed the Coronavirus Infection Prevention and Control Course accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, our industry's trading body in the UK.

Booking Appointments:

To comply with the law under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, we cannot administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler to individuals under age. We may request a photo of your ID before online booking and ask you to bring photo identification (passport) to your appointment. Refusal of treatment may occur if ID documents are not provided, and we will report suspected fraudulent document use.

Booking Fees:

Booking fees, non-refundable and essential for securing appointments, must be paid upon booking. Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled once within 14 days.

Timeliness:

Please arrive on time for your appointment; tardiness beyond 15 minutes may result in refusal of treatment. Bring photo identification, as mentioned earlier.

Hygiene Practices:

We've heightened cleaning frequency in the clinic, ensuring thorough sanitisation of toilet door handles and common surfaces between clients. All tools and equipment follow strict sterilization and disinfection procedures aligned with manufacturers' instructions.
